Shipping & Return Policies


SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders shipped via USPS.  Our goal is to ship orders made prior to 1:00 PM (CST) the same day whenever possible, however sometimes it will be the next day.  Priority shipping is an option if you need it in a rush, please contact us if you need this service. Shipping rates are based on your order total.

Standard Ground Shipping (3-5 business days)

 

  • $0.01 - $50.00 = $7.00
  • $50.01 - $74.99 = $13.00
  • $75.00 & up = FREE 

 If you opt for In-store Pickup, we will contact you to let you know when your order has been processed. 


 

RETURN POLICY

If your order arrives and you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can work with you to make it right. We accept returns within 30 days. You must contact us for a return authorization number prior to returning any item. Once the item arrives back to us, a refund will be made directly to your credit card. Please note, no refunds can be given for shipping & handling charges. No returns on sale items, books, or patterns. All returns must be in original condition and packaging and they must not have odors (like mothballs or cigarette smoke) or pet hair on them.

CLASS POLICY

Classes If you need to cancel your class registration, we are happy to accommodate changes made at least 3 business days before the start of your class. You can choose a different class or receive a store credit towards a future class registration. Please call us at (361) 771-3978 if you need to make any changes. Please note that cancellations or changes made less than 3 business days of the class date are not eligible for a credit or refund. If we must cancel or reschedule a class for any reason, you may choose to receive a refund or store credit.


PRIVACY POLICY

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your email address, mailing address, phone number or other details to help you with your experience.

We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
